Credit Card and Method of Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required to schedule an appointment. We Visa, MasterCard, Zelle, and cash (exact amount only). Thank you!​

Deposit Policy

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when you schedule your appointment. Deposits will be applied to your balance at the end of your service. The remaining balance can be paid via card on file, new Visa/Master card, cash (exact amount only). 

 

Cancellations, No-Shows and Late Polices

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, please adhere to the following policies:

Cancellation Policy

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice your card on file will charged 50% of amount due for service(s) scheduled. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason

will be considered a “no-show.” The credit card on file will be charged for 50% of amount due for service(s) scheduled for their “missed” appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged a $15 late fee that will be added to your service balance and your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

In the event there is not enough time to start a treatment, your card on file will be charged for 50% of amount due for service(s) scheduled.
